Rest apnea (AP-ne-ah) is a typical issue in which you have at least one stops in breathing or shallow breaths while you rest.
Breathing stops can last from a few moments to minutes. They may happen 30 times or progressively 60 minutes. Regularly, ordinary breathing then begins once more, infrequently with a boisterous grunt or stifling sound.
Rest apnea normally is an unending (progressing) condition that disturbs your rest. At the point when you're breathing delays or gets to be distinctly shallow, you'll frequently move out of profound rest and into light rest.

ReplyDeleteI was troubled by severe back pain. My ortho at MGS Hospital suggested that it could be because of long hours of sitting at work. I took few physiotherapy sessions at the hospital. I also learnt easy workplace exercises from the ortho and they really helped me stretch my body whenever I felt stiff and achy. I also use back support cushions now at work. The pain is much reduced now.
