I was troubled by severe back pain. My ortho at MGS Hospital suggested that it could be because of long hours of sitting at work. I took few physiotherapy sessions at the hospital. I also learnt easy workplace exercises from the ortho and they really helped me stretch my body whenever I felt stiff and achy. I also use back support cushions now at work. The pain is much reduced now.
